- Type of lock: Keyed car ignition lock
- Need: The key is difficult to turn in the ignition, the problem is more and more frequent.
- Assessment:
- Over the phone, we learned of the malfunction of his car lock.

- Recommendation: Mr. Grenier will have to go to his garage to have the ignition lock removed.
- Solutions:
- His mechanic brings the lock and the keys for repair / keying to our shop / store.
- Sometimes there is a need to remake the keys [wear and tear on car keys is often the cause of problems and must be replaced at the same time as the lock repair].
- The mechanic re-installs the repaired lock.
- Result: Mr. Grenier is now fitted with a trouble-free, functional ignition lock.
